The 35th District Court has jurisdiction over the city of Plymouth and  the townships of Northville and Plymouth. The court has three separate divisions: 

• Civil Division, which handles civil cases valued under $25,000
• Traffic & Criminal Division for Misdemeanor Offenses (including preliminary exams for felony cases)
• Probation Division
