Vendor status at home: employee or independent?

Shall be considered as home sellers who perform from individuals, canvassing, in person or by meetings, excluding solicitation by telephone or other technical means equivalent, the sale of products or services under the conditions set by articles L. 121-21 to 32 of the Consumer Code.

Status of joint employee of the company

The spouse working in family businesses on a regular basis should choose one of three statutes:
• spouse collaborator,
• employee spouse,
• spouse or partner,
each of these statutes conferring personal, professional and social contexts.
