Any new driving licence is assigned an initial number of 6 points to the date of production. During the probationary period of three years, this capital is credited with 2 points per year, if no offence which led to withdrawal of points has been committed during this period. The probationary period is reduced to two years and the credit is increased to 3 percentage points per year, in the case of a B permit obtained in connection with the early learning of the pipe.
