Child trafficking punishable by up to 8 years in prison

The Senate on Tuesday approved a project that criminalizes the sale and trafficking of children and punishes it with up to 8 years in prison. It will also be punished by law for adoption. There will be debate over the right to homosexual couples and “monopoly” of the opening.
