Here is the schedule of withdrawals points on the licence when the driver is controlled with a blood alcohol level exceeds the permitted limits
* Driving with a blood alcohol concentration of between 0.5 and 0.8 g / liter of blood (0.25 and 0.4 mg / litre of breath): o 6 points
Any new driving licence is assigned an initial number of 6 points to the date of production. During the probationary period of three years, this capital is credited with 2 points per year, if no offence which led to withdrawal of points has been committed during this period.
The driving licence is established over a capital of 12 points. The withdrawal of point (s) intervenes in case of infringements of the Highway Code (contravention or offence depending on the severity) or liability in an injury accident.
